Mildred was our absolute favorite neighbor. Easy to always call her up on the old "party line"! Always a funny story to hear. She taught me my most useful subject-typing. Who would´ve thought in the day that we would all soon have personal computers and really need to know how to type! Thank you forever Mildred!

Ms. Pippin,
No, I still won't call you Mildred!
She was a Dear sweet friend that I enjoyed spending time with and listening to her life stories. Her days on the farm was one of her favorite times to share and how a young country girl out of high school went to the big city to live and work and conquered the big city with class!
She had a enduring Love for her Parents & husband Clyde whom she missed dearly. Thank you for the memories you shared, the memories we made and for sharing your wisdom on life. Your chauffeur will miss you and all the laughs you both shared. You will be missed sweet lady. Our Prayers & Condolences to all that Loved you.

Mildred and my dad George M. Norcross, Jr. were cousins. Dad always said Mildred was his favorite cousin. He loved it anytime he could visit her or talk on the phone with her. I loved talking to her too. She was such a sweet person. I am so sorry and know she will be missed.
