Militza Gali

Militza Gali, 41, of New Britain, passed away on February 25, 2026. She was born in Bedford, Texas on November 22, 1984 to Lizette Colon and Wilfredo Gali. Militza was a graduate of Buckley High School in Hartford. She worked for the Hospital of Central CT, Environmental Services Department for 15 years.

Militza is survived by her mother, Lizette Colon; sister, Lynnette Gali; brother, Frankie E. Garcia; son, Lukas Navarro; daughter, Jianna Navarro; grandmother, Virgen Janer; sister in law, Jaysa Cruz; nieces and nephews, Adrian, Gabriel, Geremiah, and Genevee; uncles, David Colón, Erick Colón, and Nestor Gali; aunts, Nilda, Maribel Gali; and long time partner in life and love of her life, Jonny Miller. Additionally, she leaves friends, Sarah and spouse, Nora and spouse, Tara and many others. She was predeceased by her father, Wilfredo Gali of Hartford and her grandfather, Jose D. Colon of New Britain.

Her humor, love for theatre, music and big hugs will be greatly missed. Her life was a big Hollywood production, she loved hard and enjoyed every moment. We all loved her dearly. May she rest in eternal peace.

Calling hours and funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain, CT.
