With heavy hearts and profound love, we announce the passing of Milton David Marcy, who went home to be with the Lord on July 20, 2025. Born in Clay Center, Kansas, Milt relocated to Oregon many years ago, where he built a life filled with purpose, faith, and community. Milt was a man of unwavering faith, boundless generosity, and deep kindness-a true friend to all who had the joy of knowing him.
Milt wore many hats throughout his life, but it was in the insurance industry that he truly found his calling. As the proud owner of Milt Marcy Insurance Agency, he built more than just a business-he built lasting relationships rooted in trust, care, and service to his community.
Above all else, Milt had a passionate love for Jesus Christ, and he lived each day with purpose and compassion. Whether it was offering a helping hand, a listening ear, or a heartfelt prayer, Milt never hesitated to show up for others in their time of need.
He is lovingly remembered by his brother, Tim Marcy, and sisters, Sharon Marcy and Denise Simoncini, as well as his former wife, Doris Marcy. Milt was preceded in death by his beloved son, Matthew Marcy, with whom he is now reunited in Heaven.
Milt's life was a beautiful testimony of love, faith, and generosity. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the blessing of knowing him.
