Milton was born on December 31, 1938 and passed away on Friday, January 6, 2017. Milton was a resident of Banks, Alabama at the time of passing. Funeral services will be held Tuesday January 10 2017 at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy. Mr. Shipman will be interred in Pea River Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing. Instead of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
