76, of St. Petersburg, passed on November 26, 2025. She is survived by her loving husband, Roosevelt Carter; son, Tracy Pritchett (Trayce); daughter, Erika Carter; three stepchildren; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four brothers; six sisters and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visit on Dec. 5, 3-7 pm, at St. Johns MBC and Service on Dec. 6, 11 am, at Mt. Pilgrim MBC.
