Funeral Services for Minnie Elizabeth Wilson, 98, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 1:30PM Wednesday, May 14, 2025 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Dr. Jim Wolfe officiating. Interment will follow in Gwin Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:30PM until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Minnie was born on March 23, 1927 in Liddieville, LA and passed away on May 11, 2025 in West Monroe, LA. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting. You could always find her working in her yard during her younger years. She loved eating fried fish and her Hershey’s assortment candies. Minnie loved reading her bible. She will be remembered as a devoted, caring, and loving Grandmother. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Sam Wilson; son-in-law, David Jones; brother, Dennis “Bud” Williams; brother-in-law, Ance Walker; and sisters-in-law, Frances Williams and Edna Williams.

Minnie is survived by her daughter, Pat Jones; grandchildren, Carla Gray and husband, Matthew, and Michael Jones and wife, Sarah; great-grandchildren, Damian Jones and wife, Rachelle, Brandon Jones and wife, Amanda, Kaitlin Malone and husband Kyle, John David Gray and Sam Gray; 8 great-great grandchildren; siblings, Chester Williams, Opal Walker and Jerry Williams; and numerous other relatives.

Pallbearers will be John David Gray, Sam Gray, Damian Jones, Byron Williams, Eric Williams, and Paul Williams.
