I didn't know Mitch well. In fact, I never even met him, but just speaking on the phone as often as we did I could tell how good-natured, thoughtful, and kind he was. I work customer support for a company the Mitch called a lot lol and our entire team loved him. He was always jovial and often purchased gifts for the people he cared about. I hope his loved ones know just how appreciated he was.
