Johnny Mitchell Guy, age 56 of Mountain City, TN, passed away November 22, 2025 after a brief illness. He was the son of the late Dorothy Guy and Earl Guy. In addition to his parents, Mitchell was preceded in death by his two sons, Travis and Bradley Guy, three sisters, and two brothers.
Mitchell was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting ginseng and arrowheads. He loved his truck and considered it his pride and joy.
Survivors include his daughter, Elaine Guy (Kenny); sister, Patricia Johnson (Dave); brothers, Scott Guy, Chris Guy (Angie), and Kevin Guy (Brandi); five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at the Nave Cemetery with Pastor Harvey White officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
