Mitchell Napierkowski Obituary

NEW BRITAIN

Mitchell Napierkowski 74, of Florida formerly of New Britain Conn, died peacefully on September 4, 2025, under Suncoast Hospice care surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Poland, lived in New Britain since the age of 14 and moved to Florida in 1987. In 1970 he joined the Marine Corps and was stationed in Morocco for a time. In Connecticut, Mitchell worked at Fafnir Bearing and retired from Molex Inc of St Petersburg, Fl in 2016. Mitchell is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Hanna, his daughters Christine Napierkowski of Milton, GA, Julie and her husband Timothy (TJ) Nolan of Clinton TN, and his grandchildren, Amber and Christian Nolan of St Petersburg, FL. His grandchildren were always his pride and joy. He is also survived by his sister, Anna Woodward of Cromwell, CT, sisters in law Barbara and Ursula Napierkowski as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death are his parents Cecylia and Peter Napierkowski, his brothers Roman and Andrew and his sister Barbara Mikulec. In lieu of flowers the family invites you to make a donation in Michell's memory to Suncoast Hospice at suncoasthospicefoundation.org Family and friends are invited to a Mass on September 27, 2025, at 9:30am at Sacred Heart Church in New Britain, CT followed by a burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery 662 Burritt St, New Britain, CT.
