Monica Dweh Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Beck Funeral Home in Pflugerville on Dec. 1, 2025.
Monica Dweh Gray, was a beacon of light and loved by all who knew her. Born on December 30, 1994, in the Ivory Coast, she carried the spirit of her homeland throughout her life, filling every room with warmth and vibrancy. Monica's journey on this earth came to an end close on November 20, 2025, in Dallas, Texas, after a valiant battle with an autoimmune disease.
Monica's life was a testament to the power of ambition fused with compassion. She pursued her education with determination, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial venture-a successful wig business that not only satisfied her creative spirit but also empowered others to feel confident and beautiful. Monica's work was not just a business; it was a ministry of beauty, spreading joy and self-assurance to all her clients and associates.
Her faith as a Christian was the cornerstone of her existence. It guided her through life's ups and downs and shone brightly in her commitment to living a life filled with purpose, love, and generosity. Monica was the embodiment of the words of Mother Teresa: "Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love." In every small act, from the wigs she crafted to the smiles she shared, Monica did with great love.
Monica's adventurous soul led her to explore the world, cherishing each journey as a treasure hunt for beauty and wisdom. Her love for travel was infectious, inspiring those around her to seek their own adventures and embrace the world's vast wonders. But what truly made Monica's heart full was the time spent gathering with friends and family. Her home was an oasis of laughter, storytelling, and the kind of love that weaves people together into the fabric of unforgettable memories.
Described as loving, adventurous, and creative, Monica approached life as an artist approaches a blank canvas-each day was an opportunity to create something beautiful. Her legacy is carried on by her beloved family members: Justice Moore, Arya Gray, Dorothy Doe, Adwoa Hubbard, Darius Doe, Everst Doe, Theo Gray, and Johnson Doe. Each of them a brushstroke in the masterpiece of her life's work.
To have known Monica was to know a life lived in full color. She was a reminder that life, though finite, is rich with endless possibilities for those who dare to dream and love without limits. As we celebrate Monica Dweh Gray's life, let us remember her spirit with the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson: "What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." Monica's inner light was a force that changed the world, one heart at a time.
Today, as we bid farewell to Monica, let us not say goodbye but rather choose to embody the virtues she exemplified. Let us walk in her footsteps of loving kindness, embrace adventure with open arms, and create with the passion that she lived every day. Monica Dweh Gray's story does not end here; it continues in the lives of those she touched, for she planted seeds of joy that will bloom for generations to come.
