Monica "Dean" Pike-Bailey, age 62, entered eternal rest on November 8, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Born on November 16, 1962 , Dean was the cherished daughter to James Patrick and Mary Phyllis Pike of Louisville, Kentucky. She was a proud graduate of St. Polycarp Catholic School and Pleasure Ridge Park High School, where her warmth and laughter made her a friend to all.
Dean devoted 28 years of service and recently retired with Answer Pro, formerly Southend Answering Service, where she was known for her kindness, dedication, and steady spirit.
A member of St. Paul Catholic Church Dean's faith guided her through life's joys and challenges.
Dean's greatest joy was her loving family. She is survived by her children Joseph (John) Renfrow-Pike, Jennifer Pike; her loving grandchildren, Lorelai, Hayden, Kagome "Mae", Liam, Harrison; her parents James Patrick Pike, and Mary Phyllis Pike; siblings Dale (Betty) Pike, Darrell (Jody) Pike, Dianne Hardman, Doris (Robbie) Rankin, and Delinda (Kevin) Garrison. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Dean's light will continue to shine in the hearts of those who knew her. Though she has gone home to the Lord, her spirit remains with us, guiding us toward joy and peace.
Visitation will be Monday, November, 17, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at St. Paul Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that contributions in Dean's memory be made to Southwest Community Ministries, a charity close to Dean's heart.
