Morris Lee "Mo" Gatchall

Morris Lee Gatchall, 82, of Crestline, Ohio, passed away at home on June 18, 2025. Born on June 10, 1943, in Marion, Ohio, Mo was the beloved son of the late John Wesley Gatchall and Jeanette Louise (Newcomer) Gatchall.
A 1961 graduate of Mt. Gilead High School, Mo began his career at PPG Industries in 1962, where he worked in the Receiving Dept until his retirement in 2005. Throughout his years at PPG, he built many lifelong friendships that he cherished deeply.
Mo was a devoted husband to his wife of 22 years, Peg (Linn) Gatchall of Crestline, and a loving father to his two sons, Scott (Jennifer) Gatchall of Mansfield and Jacob Gatchall of Crestline. He was a proud grandfather to Olivia and Allyson Gatchall, who brought immense joy to his life.
He is also survived by his sisters, Susan (Glenn) Pfahler and Linda Allen, both of Marion, special niece Heidi (Chris) Perry of Crestline, and extended family Lori and Vince Dean, Jennifer Killinger, and Jerod Solinger.
He is also fondly remembered by Peg's large family who welcomed him with open arms, including many nieces and nephews who held a cherished place in his heart.
Mo was an avid golfer, a boxing fan along with many other sports. He was a believer in a well-manicured lawn. He deeply cared about the welfare of others and had a very big heart.
