Moses Solis Sr. (Tio Chey) was born April 19th, 1942, in Italy, Texas to his parents Jose C. & Lorretta Solis. He was 81 years old at the time of his passing.
He is proceeded in death by his parents Jose C. & Loretta Solis, Maria Guadalupe Garza de Solis, brother Paul Solis, Sisters Martha Esparza, Naomi Gonzalez, Juanita Tovar, Betty Esparza, Sara Salas, Elizabeth Haro, & Orfa Martinez.

As a young adult my Tio Chey was involved in many different activities, at one point he was the youth president of his church and their drummer. During this time, he started learning heating and cooling, a trade that would lead to him becoming a General Contractor and as he would say he was now a Professional. Motorcycling and fishing were two of his favorite hobbies, watching western movies would become a lifetime enjoyment until his last days here on earth. My uncle loved to travel, take his children, swimming, skating, and camping. He was a BIG momma's boy, and everyone knew it. My uncle enjoyed many things in life, but his biggest commitment became evident the remaining years of his life which was his relationship with Christ. His Bible reading and prayer life became a first as he would start his journey with his King.
