Mr. Jack Lewis Waller Jr.

Jack entered into rest on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. He was preceded in death by his father Jack L. Waller Sr. and his mother Lettie Smith Waller. Family members include his daughter: Jacqueline Denson (Bryce); Granddaughter: Aubri; sister: Faye Davis (Buster); Nephew: Jesse; many cousins, Aunts and Uncles; and friends who became like family.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Dr. D. Brad Whitt officiating; burial will follow at Abilene Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 3:00 until 5:00 PM at the funeral home.

Jack was a native of Swainsboro, GA, but lived in the Augusta area most of his life. He graduated from Butler High School. He was an outdoorsman and went hunting or fishing as often as he could. He also enjoyed many rounds of golf. He was a great friend to many and seemed to inherently befriend most he came into contact with. He was a member of Abilene Baptist Church.
