Mr. Robert Larry McDaniel, age 73, of Monroe, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at his residence.
Mr. McDaniel retired from the Gwinnett County School System where he made an impact on countless student's lives. He was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church.
Mr. McDaniel was preceded in death by his parents; William Robert McDaniel and Johnnie Jones McDaniel; and siblings, Patricia McDaniel and Robin McDaniel.
Mr. McDaniel is survived by his loving wife of forty-six years, Dale D. McDaniel of Monroe; son, Robert Michael McDaniel of Monroe; siblings, Wanda McDaniel, Andy McDaniel, Michael McDaniel, and David McDaniel; and two nephews, David McDaniel Jr. and Steven Fisher.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 in the Chapel of Maddox-Carter Memorial Home with Pastor David Shivar officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday from 12:00 PM until the service hour at Maddox-Carter Memorial Home.
Flowers are accepted for the funeral service.
Maddox-Carter Memorial Home, Winder, is entrusted with the arrangements.
