Ms. Ms. Rachel Bland

Ms. Rachel Bland, age 41, of Statesboro, Georgia, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Rachel had been a long-time resident of Bulloch County. She earned her GED and attended Ogeechee Technical College.

For many years, Rachel lived with a disability, but her spirit remained strong, and she found joy in spending time with her beloved mother and her children.

Rachel is survived by her two daughters, Alexis (Alex) Reynolds of Brooklet, GA, and Natalie Miller of Guyton, GA; her devoted mother, Lattra Gerrald of Statesboro, GA; her sister, Julie Hodges of Mississippi; and a host of other loving relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

A Memorial Service with a time of reflection will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 4:00 PM in the Chapel, located at 238 West Main Street, Statesboro, GA 30458.
