Muriel J. Skenandore

Muriel J. Skenandore, 88, of Weston, passed away Monday, December 23, 2024, at Care Partners Assisted Living in Weston. 

Muriel was born July 2, 1936, in Minneapolis, daughter of Edgar and Nina (Cook) Iverson. Muriel was a homemaker and did an amazing job raising her nine children. She eventually took a position working as a preschool aide. Muriel loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Survivors include her daughters, Kathy (Don) Steinbeck of Gleason, Christine Guite of Merrill, Victoria Rosenow of Wittenberg, Patty Guite of Mississippi, and Debra Guite of Merrill; sons, Greg Guite of Mosinee, Richard Guite of Stanley, Kenny Guite (Kelly) of Merrill; daughter-in-law, Peggy Guite of Merrill; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Muriel was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Nina Iverson; son, Benjamin ‘Benji’ Guite; son-in-law, Rod Rosenow; and sister, Doris Iverson. 

A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Burial will take place in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, Minneapolis.
