Just reading of Murray passing! I worked for JanSport back in the 1980´s, loved going upstairs to R&D to see what Jan and Murray were cooking up in design! So much talent. I still have one of the samples. Murray was a good man! Sending prayers to his family

Murray was a great man, friend and mentor who will be truly missed. Rest in peace old friend

I'm a Canadian who loves my backpack. I am forever saying "thank goodness to whomever invented the backpack. My favorite thing". Now I have a name to go with my gratitude.
