Mykailah Glover

Mykailah Glover was a radiant presence whose light touched everyone she met. Born on October 3, 1999, and called home far too soon on October 10, 2025, she filled her years with love, joy, and compassion.
From a young age, Mykailah had a way of lighting up every room she entered. Whether on the basketball court or in a crowded gathering, her bright smile could always be seen and felt. She smiled the widest when she was caring for others, whether it was doting on her beloved pets (earning the title of the family's unofficial veterinarian) or selflessly giving her food to someone in need. Her heart overflowed with kindness.
A proud graduate of Douglas High School's Class of 2018, Mykailah went on to attend classes at Oklahoma City Community College. She brought her unique spark to every space she was in, always connecting with others.
Mykailah had a passion for life's simple joys. She was a taco connoisseur who knew every great taco truck in town. She loved music, family movie nights, especially when a Disney favorite was playing, and sharing food with the people she loved. An incredible cook, her homemade rolls were legendary, and her BBQ was a family favorite always in demand.
She had a gift for staying close to the people she cared about, often keeping multiple text conversations going at once. Social and full of energy, she treasured her time with friends and thrived in the company of others.
Her bond with her parents was especially strong. Her dad affectionately called her his "twin" because of their close birthdays. With her mom, Mykailah shared a deep and abiding connection, grateful for the woman who raised her with love and strength.
Creative and resourceful, she found joy in refinishing old furniture and breathing new life into forgotten pieces. She lived with quiet faith, honest words, and a heart always open to others.
Mykailah will be remembered for her light, her love, and the way she made everyone feel seen and valued. Her spirit lives on in the countless lives she touched.
She is survived by her fiancé, Jeremy Felix, mother Nikki Mitchell, father Natraun Glover, siblings NatreAna Glover, Alonzo McCaine, Katara Johnson, Janyah Glover, and "Papa" Prescott Mitchell. Mykailah is also survived by her beloved furbabies Coco and Nazerous.
