Myra Lois Williams passed away peacefully on February 5, 2025, at her residence in Webster County at the age of 62.
Myra Lois Williams was born June 1, 1962, in Eupora, Mississippi, to Francis Eugene Sutton and Margaret Shepherd Sutton.
Myra was of Baptist faith and was a devoted member of Montevista Baptist Church. Myra attended church regularly as long as she was able.
Myra loved the outdoors. She enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the sunshine and watching and playing with her cats. She loved riding 4 wheelers and horses. She also enjoyed hunting and fishing as long as she was able. She enjoyed her soap operas and sitting back relaxing watching a good western.
Myra is survived by one stepson Lamar Williams (Patti) of Calhoun City, MS; a stepdaughter Nichole Williams of Eupora, MS; two brothers Hansel "Bud" Sutton (Ann) of Derma, MS and Donnie Sutton (Brenda) of Houston, MS; three sisters, Glenda Williams of Montevista, MS, Sandra Holloway (Terry) of West Point, MS and Lora Leigh Smith of Eupora, MS; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Ralph Williams; parents, Francis Eugene (Gene) Sutton and Margaret Sutton; an infant sister, Charlotte Mae Sutton; and a brother, Gary L. Sutton.
Pallbearers are Tyler Brown, Tanner Brown, Brandon Baggett, Cory Baggett, Jacob Williams and Cody Smith. Honorary pallbearers are Karey Smith, Sherman Brown, Eric Sutton, Dustin Holloway, Brian Bumgart and Bradley Bumgart.
