Myrna Jastrow

Myrna Jastrow, of Cherry Hill, NJ died November 15, 2023. She is the wife of Gary Jastrow, the mother of David (Audrey) Jastrow and Howie Jastrow, the grandmother of Faith and Jessica and the sister of Dr. Arnold Solomon. Myrna loved animals and nature. Myrna lived a life surrounded by her family and friendships that lasted for decades. She was kind, loyal, and selfless, caring deeply about every single person she encountered. Myrna was a loving wife to her husband for nearly 53 years. She was a devoted teacher, an adoring grandmother, a loving sister, a considerate mother-in-law, a wonderful aunt, and the best mom and friend to two sons they could ever hope to have. She was generous in mind and spirit, had a quirky sense of humor, and her capacity for love and friendship was infinite. She adored animals, especially dogs, travel, cooking, reading, and finding the perfect restaurant.
Her love and kindness sparked joy and warmth for every person fortunate enough to know her.
Relatives and friends are invited Sunday, November 19, 2023 beginning 10:30 am to PLATT MEMORIAL CHAPELS, Inc. 2001 Berlin Road, Cherry Hill, NJ where funeral services will begin promptly at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Locustwood Memorial Park in Cherry Hill, NJ.
