Myrtice Dixon Obituary
Born on Wednesday, July 23rd, 1947, Myrtice dedicated her life to the service and care of others, demonstrating an unwavering commitment through her distinguished career as a registered nurse with Blue Cross Blue Shield & Grady Memorial Hospital. Her compassionate spirit and selfless dedication had a lasting impact on both her colleagues and the countless patients she cared for throughout her years of service.
Myrtice was a pillar of strength and kindness within her family and community. Those who knew her will remember her warm smile, her generous heart, and her ability to light up any room with her presence. Myrtice leaves behind a legacy of love, empathy, and dedication that will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
A Celebration of Life will be held to honor the incredible life of Myrtice A. Dixon. Family, friends, and all whose lives she touched are invited to gather on Saturday, February 21st, 2026, at 5:00 pm at Gregory B. Levett and Son Funeral Home - Flat Shoals Location in Decatur, Georgia. This will be a time to share memories, honor her life, and find comfort in her lasting legacy.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory - South Dekalb, who is honored to serve Myrtice's family and friends during this time of bereavement.
Myrtice will be deeply missed and forever cherished by her loved ones and all those who had the honor of crossing paths with her. May she rest in eternal peace.

Ms. Dixon will forever be in my heart. To the
