Barbara, I am so sorry to learn of your mother's passing. She was a great woman, who touched so many lives, including mine. I will remember her all my days. God bless, John.

To the family, so very sorry for your loss. Your precious family will remain in our prayers. As you take each day one step at a time and hold on to the loving memories of your loved one, may God grant you strength to see each day through.

Myrtle was a memorable person in every way. We first met in 1970 when I joined the Rawls Byrd Primary School faculty under its long-time Principle Theresa Runyans. THOSE WERE THE DAYS!
R.I.P. dear Myrtle.

If you did not have the good fortune to hear Myrtle Engs read the part of Jesus in the Passion play, you missed something special! Holy Week (and indeed every week) will not be the same without Myrtle.
