Nadine Ray Obituary
She served as a nurse of five different doctors during her career, starting with Dr. Douglas for 28 years, then Dr. Fahim, Dr. Brassine, Dr. Pike and Dr. Catlett then she served as a private duty nurse. Nadine was a life long member of Three Forks of Bacon Creek Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Ray; her parents, Jesse Wade and Opal Mae Hodges Crump; three brothers, Calvin, Robert, and Jessie Lee (Jake) Crump; three sisters, Orene Caswell, Audrey Grissom and Francis Lee.
Nadine is survived by a daughter, Vanessa Ray of Magnolia.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 1, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home with David Ragland officiating. Burial will follow in Hammonsville Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
