Taz was such a huge part of our lives for 30 years. She encouraged both of our sons, Shannon and Doran, to push themselves always just a little bit harder, and it always paid off. When our youngest was, what Taz considered, too young for his maroon shark, I told Taz that I wouldn´t tell him that he couldn´t try, and suggested that she do the test. It made that emblem that much more special. And she showed a trust in Shannon by advancing him on staff. She created memories for our children that are priceless. And my heart is saddened by her passing.

I learned so much from Taz; how to swim, how to work, how to play Wales Tales, how to laugh along during the various and inevitable Water Ballet fiascos (and celebrate the ultimate triumphs). But her biggest gift to so many was the unparalleled experience of growing up at Noe. I admired her spirit, I enjoyed her friendship and I'll miss her.
RIP to the OG

Sending the Browers loving condolences. Taz will be remembered for her wide smile, effervescent spirit, and big heart. I grew up at Noe when Kim dominated the tennis courts and attended CTHS/CHS when Karin dominated field hockey and lacrosse. Taz and Bailey have made an incredible impact on generations of families in the Chatham area. With love, Todd Huseby

Taz gave me my Blue Frog test in 1957...I passed. It was the biggest thrill of my early years. Noe Pond was a great experience and Taz was the architect of it all. Over the years I have tried explaining what it was like growing up there but words can't do it justice. While Bailey got your attention with the bullhorn...Taz did it with her heart. She was one of a kind and I am better for having known her. To the family...thanks for sharing her with us all those years.
God bless!

Taz was a wonderful teacher. My brother and I are great swimmers thanks to all the coaching while we were on the swim team. Most of all, Taz will be remembered by us as always giving the personal touch at Noe, greeting people on the beach, working with the life guards, and putting safety and creating a family atmosphere first. We will miss her presence. God bless her.
Sincerely, Jacquelyn and Len
