Nance grew up in Iowa as an only child and told stories of taking road trips with her parents to National Parks. Roughly 45 years ago, Nance courageously moved to Florissant, MO to begin a long-time career with Boeing (then McDonnell Douglas) and became an independent success story. Nance traveled the globe solo and shared tales of her adventures visiting multiple countries in Africia, train rides in Canada, hiking trips gone wrong in South America, road trips across the states, and her final excursion, traveling to Switzerland. Nance was a faithful viewer of PBS and often recommended shows she enjoyed watching, among her favorites were nature documentaries.
Thank you, Nance, for your tremendous generosity and I am grateful our paths crossed in this lifetime.
