Nancy L. Carson, 63, passed away on January 12, 2026, leaving behind family and friends who will continue to cherish her memory. She was born on June 1, 1962, to the late Robert Wiesler and Eleanor (Lees) Wiesler.
Nancy was a graduate of Marion High School, Class of 1980, and also attended Ball State University. She married the love of her life, Jeff Carson, in July of 1997, and together they shared many wonderful years.
Nancy was employed at Peerless Machine for many years, always taking pride in her work. A woman of faith, she was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church and also attended Mt. Olive United Methodist Church alongside her husband. Above all, Nancy treasured time spent with her family, finding her greatest joy in moments shared together. She also loved dancing, going to concerts, vacationing, and riding motorcycles, embracing life with enthusiasm and joy.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband, Jeff Carson; daughters, Kelly (Craig) Burtzlaff of Fishers, Indiana, and Elizabeth (Brendon) Polivick of Noblesville, Indiana; and her cherished grandchildren, Benjamin and Samuel Burtzlaff, and Jensen and Sage Polivick.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Robert Wiesler; and her sister, Mary Ann Nelson.
Arrangements for Nancy have been entrusted to the College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026 from 2:00- 5:00 P.M. at Armes-Hunt Funeral Home. Monday, January 19, 2026, the funeral will begin at 11:00 A.M. with a one hour visitation prior at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1031 W Kem Rd, Marion, IN 46952.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests that donations be made to the Marion Grant County Humane Society, 505 S Miller Ave, Marion, IN 46953 or the Alzheimer's Association, 50 E 91st St Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
