Nancy Kay Cotton, 79, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on June 20, 2024.
The Celebration of Life services will be at 2:00 P.M., Monday, June 24, 2024, at The Church at Quail Creek with Dale Moreland officiating. Private burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Nancy was born in Knox City, Texas on April 8, 1945, to Edna (Jones) and Ray Copeland. Nancy enjoyed camping, fishing and cooking; never being able to pass up a great practical joke and had an awesome sense of humor. Nancy loved spending time with family and friends. She never met a stranger and was loved by many.
She was preceded in death by Jamie Johnson (granddaughter), Ray and Edna Copeland (parents), as well as five sisters and a brother.
Survivors include her husband, CD Cotton; daughters, Bobbie Johnson and husband Bennie, Paula Cotton, and Deana Cotton; multiple grandkids and great grandkids; sister Loretta Britten, as well as, multiple nieces and nephews.
