Mrs. Nancy Diggs Dicus

Nancy Diggs Dicus, age 54, of Susan, Virginia, passed away at her home with her family by her side, on Friday, February 6, 2015. She was the owner and operator of Mary's Beauty Shop in Mathews, Virginia. She is survived by her husband, Chris D. Dicus; her daughter, Mary Kathleen "Katie" Dicus; sisters, Gina Rowe, Sharon DeLaurentis and a half-sister, Brenda Rice; aunt and uncle, Leonard and Barbara Minter; a father-in-law and mother-in-law, Richard and Elizabeth Dicus; special nieces, Elizabeth Frances DeLaurentis and Ashley Bain; several brothers & sister-in-laws, Richard Dicus, Tim Dicus, Jerry Dicus, Ron Dicus, and Marsha White, and a host of other family members. She is also survived by a "special friend', Audrey Zerbe. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 9, 2015 from 6-8:30 p.m. at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, Virginia. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Susan, Virginia with burial to follow in St. Paul Annex. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made in Nancy's memory to St. Paul United Methodist Church, Melody Miles, P.O. Box 13, Port Haywood, Virginia 23138.
