Nancy Edith Eickermann

age 85, of Glidden, passed away on January 6, 2026, at Park Manor Nursing Home.

She was born on June 25, 1940, in Ashland, Wisconsin, to John and Edna (Heldstab) Turney. She was a lifetime resident of Glidden and spent her life devoted to her family, and her faith. She was united in marriage to Willy Eickermann in December of 1995. Together they shared many years of companionship and devotion.

Nancy worked at the Lauri Jean Zach Center, where she was known for her kindness and steady work ethic. In her free time, she enjoyed watching game shows, occasional trips to the casino, word search puzzles, bingo, and spending time with her family. She was actively involved in her church, participating in Mission Circle, and was a member of the Red Hat Ladies. She was known for having a good sense of humor.

Faith was an important part of Nancy's life, and she took quiet joy in serving and helping others whenever she could.

She is survived by her three children, Mitzi (Randy) Ernest, Julie Lutterman, and Greg Griffith; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Willy; her daughter, Michelle; her grandson, Clinton; and her brother, John Turney Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday January 15, 2025, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Glidden. Rev. Kenneth Lahners will officiate.

Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Interment will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery in the spring.

Nancy will be remembered for her gentle spirit and her love for family.
