Nancy Greiss Obituary

Nancy Lee Greiss (76) of Ave Maria, FL passed away peacefully at home Sunday February 9, 2025 surrounded by her family.

She was born on April 4, 1948 in Manchester, NH and was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Olive (Casey) Kula.

Nancy was a graduate of Manchester Central High School. Shortly after graduation she moved to New York City where she would meet and soon marry her husband, Rob. They would have celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on Valentine's Day of this year.

Nancy was known for her infectious smile. When she laughed, you could not help but laugh with her. She lived life to the fullest and loved traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She never allowed ALS to stop her from living with grace, kindness and humor. Nancy loved playing golf and loved her gardening. She had a special talent for creating different art pieces and crafts, and made all her personal greeting cards for Christmas, birthdays or any special events and loved sharing her talents with everyone she knew.

Nancy is survived by her husband Robert, her two children: son Kevin Greiss and wife Stacy, and daughter Sara Evans and husband Matt, her four grandchildren Spencer and Ethan Greiss and Maren and Carter Evans, her sister Dianne St. Laurent and husband Alfred, brother Ronald Kula and wife Barbara, brother Alan Kula and wife Donna, sister Patricia Dydo and husband Steve and sister Linda Tynion and husband William and many, many nieces and nephews.

A private celebration of her life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers and in remembrance of Nancy's life, the family has asks that donations be made to Avow Hospice at www.avowcares.org

Al and Dianne and families....we were so sorry to read of Nancy's death. She sounded like an amazing woman in spite of her health. But.. she was a Kula, so not a surprise! May she rest in peace. Shirley and Jim Delacoe
