Nancy Hornblower Obituary

Woodstown, N.J.
Nancy Hornblower (nee Frazee), age 87 passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024. Born in Woodbury, she was the last child of Sarah and Leon Frazee of Penns Grove and Carney's Point. Nancy was a 1955 graduate of ReHi and then attended Goldey Beacom College. She worked at Wilmington Hospital in various roles while raising her four children.
She is survived by her sister, Ruth Peoples; daughters, Mary Pat Sterling and Catherine Howell; three grandchildren, Beverly Smith, Sara Sterling Corda (Sam) and Ethan Howell (Jasmin); three great grandchildren, Emma, Matthew, and Clara Corda who loved MomMom to read books in their early years. Nancy was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their children's children. She is predeceased by her parents; brothers, Walter and Norman Frazee; sister, Jean Gelderman and their families and especially sons, Daniel and Richard; and son-in-law Robert Howell.
After retirement from Christiana Care, Nancy loved to travel with Pat and Karen Wolfe.
Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside service on Wednesday, August 28th at Lawnside Cemetery, 896 NJ-45, Woodstown, NJ at 11 am. As an expression of sympathy, contributions can be made to a Dementia charity or organization of your choice.
