A memorial service for Ms. Nancy Jones, age 76, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2025, in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Waycaster officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Ms. Jones passed away peacefully at her home in Medina on Friday, May 23, 2025.
Born in Barnesville, Ohio, Nancy was the daughter of the late John C. Oliver and Martha Jean (Sickimich) Oliver. A woman of deep faith, she began each day with scripture, study, and journaling, drawing strength and joy from her relationship with the Lord.
Nancy was also a talented artist who found great fulfillment in painting. Her final piece—a serene beach and ocean scene—was completed the evening before her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved son, John Oliver Hamilton.
Nancy is survived by her daughter, Katie Miller (Daniel); grandchildren, Emilee and Easton Miller; and her brother, Richard Oliver.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Assembly Milan, 2049 N. Main Street, Milan, TN 38358.
