Nancy Lacey Obituary
Nancy was a resilient, vibrant woman who loved people, laughter and fun. She had a sharp mind and was a natural entrepreneur. She earned her Associates Degree in accounting and enjoyed challenging herself with crosswords and puzzles. Nancy found joy in playing cards, dancing, home improvement, sewing, playing piano, decorating, gardening, poetry, antiquing and cooking. She attended Church of Christ at Alexandria. Nancy loved leading friends and family in dances and games at the many lively events she hosted to bring everyone together.
She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Munyan; daughter, Angela (Matthew) Hupp; son, Andrew (Stacy) Pavao; step-daughter, Danielle (Troy) Elmore; twelve grandchildren, Olivia (Daniel) Emery, Madelane (Anastasia) Finch, Paulina, Levi and Titus Hupp, Kyle (Allie) Vaubel, Gavin Pavao, Gabrielle Pavao Moreland (Dawson) and Gracyn Pavao, Sydney, Lydia and Macey Elmore; seven great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Providence, Joshua Asher and Aiken Emery, Beckett, Baylor and Bennett Vaubel; siblings, Donna Jean Neale, Seldon (Dorothy) Walton, David (Joanne) Walton, Betty (Len) McGirr; sister-in-law, Patricia Walton; brother-in-law, Ken Granger; many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband of twenty-four years, Dave Lacey; siblings, Bradford (Barbara) Walton, Gerald (Jeannie) Walton, Carolyn (Jack) Higgins, Stanley (Linda) Walton, Richard Walton, Susie Granger; brother-in-law, Jim Neale.
There will be a Celebration of Life service December 6, 2025, beginning at 11am at Church of Christ at Alexandria, 5380 Moots Run Road, Alexandria, Ohio 43001, Pastor Kevin Hull officiating. Following the meal, a private graveside service will be conducted with close family at Bell Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Amyloidosis Foundation in her name. Her donation page can be accessed here: https://secure.qgiv.com/for/mfwbef
