LAUDADIO, Nancy (Plastini) October 3, 1941 – August 3, 2025
Nancy Laudadio, a beloved mother, grandmother, partner, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2025, holding the hand of her cherished long-time companion, Allan. Born on October 3, 1941, in Yonkers, New York, Nancy was the cherished daughter of Pauline Grasso and Ermine Venuti. She grew up in Tuckahoe and graduated from Tuckahoe High School, where she met her first husband, Frank Leo Plastini. They were married in 1960 and shared a son and daughter - both of whom brought immense joy and purpose to her life. Nancy and Frank divorced in 1974. In 1988, she married Salvatore Laudadio, and together they shared many years of love and travel until his sudden passing in 1999. For the past 15+ years, Nancy was blessed with lasting love and companionship with her devoted partner, Allan Focarile. Their deep bond brought joy, comfort, and laughter to their lives.
Nancy began her professional life as a talented hairdresser before joining Pitney Bowes, where she worked with dedication for many years. In her later years, she worked in retail at Lord & and Taylor and most recently as a receptionist at the Hoff-Barthelson School of Music. She especially cherished her time there, warmly welcoming students and families. Nancy instilled in her children and grandchildren, not only education but hard work as well, were the keys to success. Nancy enjoyed time spent with family and friends, and socializing with friends at Sir John's restaurant in North White Plains. She took pleasure in treating herself to shopping trips and finding just the right piece of jewelry. She was stylish, spirited, and never afraid to speak her mind. Nancy always said what she meant and meant what she said - you always knew where you stood. Her honesty, humor, and unwavering presence made her unforgettable. She will be remembered for her strength, her sparkle, and her deep, enduring love for those closest to her. Her life was filled with laughter, resilience, and an unshakable sense of who she was - and she is deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Nancy is survived by her children, Frank (Elizabeth) Plastini, and Pauline (Robert) Robisky, along with her five treasured grandchildren: Sarah (Bessena) Cabe, Frank Plastini, Alexander (Kelly) Plastini, Robert "Bobby" Robisky and Matthew Robisky. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life and the center of her universe. She also leaves behind her beloved sister, Patricia Pinto, and many wonderful cousins, nieces, and nephews - all of whom held a special place in her heart. In her final days, she was surrounded by love, especially from Allan, who cared for her with deep devotion. We are deeply grateful to the staff at Brightview (Harrison), Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care, and Alvita Home Care for the extraordinary care and compassion they showed Nancy during her final months.

Eastchester, New York. A funeral Mass will be held at Assumption Church on Tuesday, August 12 at 10:30am with burial to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery in White Plains. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nancy's memory to Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care
