Nancy Jean Morgan

Nancy always took kindly to me as her eldest niece, sharing pieces of our family history with me. I was able to share sweet experiences of music with her over the last 10 years, singing for the residents of Western Slopes in a more formal way, then on multiple occasions, singing and playing guitar near Nancy's bedside as she slowly made her transition out of this world. She always held a sense of mystery to me, as well as some shared understandings of things we cannot see. I am grateful she has been released from so much of the suffering this life brought to her, and I send blessings and love to the journey of her spirit. May she fly free.
