Nancy R. Pingleton

My deepest sympathies at the loss of Nurse Nancy! She will forever hold a special place in my heart, and in the hearts of many of us at Cottage Grove. I loved her sassiness! I can still hear her say " How you doing´ kid?" She may have seemed prickly, but she had a heart of gold! You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked at Clinton Avenue when Nan was a Claims Examiner and I worked the line as a Clerk around the mid 70s I am now 73. I also worked in the same office with Jerry when he was a Manager (?). What a riot those two were. Nan had a remarkable laugh and always was a hard worker but brought lots of laughter to others-and Jerry was the same. What a pair!! God bless them both and my sincere prayers for them and their families!
