Nancy Rice

Nancy Brantley Rice, 83, died Nov. 4 peacefully at her home in Tullahoma.
Visitation will be at Tullahoma Funeral Home from 12 - 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17. Funeral and graveside services immediately will follow at the funeral home, 402 Westside Drive, Tullahoma, with Senior Rev. Timothy A. McGehee of Tullahoma's Grace Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, 4758 New Manchester Highway, Tullahoma.
Mrs. Rice is survived by two sons, J. Todd Foster (Angela) of Chattanooga, TN and Jeffrey Dean Foster (Suzanne) of Tullahoma, TN; grandsons Nathan Foster (Kattie Jo) of Tullahoma, TN; Tyler Foster and Jake Foster, both of Chattanooga, TN; great-grandsons Payton Lucas Gold and Maverick Clark Saddler, both of Lynchburg, TN; sister Vicki B. Carlton, of Lewisburg, TN, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by husband Milton B. Rice Jr., Tullahoma; father John Thomas Brantley, Estill Springs; mother Violet Aulene Ray Howell, Nashville; grandparents Greenville Earnhart and Jesse Herman Ray, Shelbyville; and brothers, Donald Wayne and Thomas R. Brantley, of Scottsboro, AL, and Murfreesboro, TN, respectively.
Mrs. Rice was devoted to her Yorkshire Terrier Rascal and all things "Yorkie."
