Nancy Studley

Nancy Varney Studley, 91, formerly of Mashpee, MA passed away peacefully on February 8, 2025.
Nancy was born in Norwood, MA on May 17, 1933 to the late Anthony and Palmina (Benedetta) Aventeroso. Nancy married after high school and raised her five children and worked as an Executive Secretary.
Nancy was a woman of many talents, she enjoyed painting, sewing, arts and crafts. She had an eye for interior design. Nancy was an excellent cook and loved cooking for her family.
Nancy is survived by her children, Sharon St Jean, and her husband Thomas, of Danvers, MA, Laura Connery and Francis Belcastro, of Ellsworth, ME, Kim Babiarz, and her husband Victor, of The Villages, FL, Brian Varney, and his wife Jeanne, of Sandwich, MA, and David Varney, of Sandwich, MA; her 11 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. She will be dearly missed by all whom had the pleasure of knowing her.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony, and Palmina Aventeroso; her siblings, Nina, Lila, Octavius "Tappy", Ronny, Rena "Dolly", Ida, and Erma.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 11:00 Am until 12:00 PM at Chapman Funerals and Cremations, 74 Algonquin Ave. (RTE 151), in Mashpee. A service will follow in the funeral home at 12:00 PM. Nancy will be interred at a later date at Highland Cemetery, in Norwood.
