Nancy and I were childhood friends in Marshfield. News of Nancy’s passing still is hard to fathom. My condolences to her friends and family.

Dear Joan,
Please accept belated condolences for Nancy’s tragic passing (as well as your husband’s passing). Though it did not take a Legacy email to remember Nancy, thank goodness for it. ...Grateful for this chance to finally let you know that indeed, there really are relatives who do remember her with love. For all you and she went through (individually or together), may God have blessed you with true healing and peace of mind. Sincere apologies and so very sorry for your losses.
Dear Nancy,
Still sad and shocked, but know your soul really is at peace. The pain is gone, the struggle is at ease and love surrounds you. Lots of pictures and positive memories are what sustains the fact that you won’t ever be forgotten on earth as you are now in heaven. It’s true, you were loved and are loved forever.

To you,
Love truly is inherent with family, even when the members are not close. You WERE loved Nancy and you still are, no matter what! It has been 4 years now, yet still...very sad you had to go so soon. May peace be guiding your resting soul and love assuring your enduring spirit.
Forever, Your family member

Rest in Peace Nancy. We were friends once upon a time. I'd tried to track you down a few times to no avail. My mom called me to tell me the news the other day. I'm so sorry for everyone's loss of you.

Nancy and I moved to S.F. together when we were teenagers. We had lots of fun getting our first appartment together. I loved her and was her friend since we were 5. Sadly we had lost contact and this teaches me to stay close to my girlfriends no matter what. Joan treated me like her own and I will always love her too.

So shocked and sad to hear this. We grew up together in Wellesley and connected out west as well. I only hope she has found peace.
