Nancy was born October 19, 1943 in Hobbs New Mexico.

Nancy left this world and was escorted to Heaven on January 12, 2026 at the age of 82.

At the age of two Nancy moved with her parents to a farm in the valley of Quomada,Texas.

Nancy grew up working on the farm milking cows, picking cotton, working in the garden, and cooking for the family.

At the age of 12 Nancy saved the life of her little sister when she caught her dress on fire playing with matches. Nancy received the award of the Silver Cross from the Girl Scouts for her heroic action.

Nancy graduated from Eagle Pass Highschool in 1961.

After graduation Nancy moved to Houston, Texas to work as a Long Distance Operator for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.

1963 New years day Nancy met the love of her life, Tullus (TJ) Wallace.

Nancy and TJ married in 1965. They were devoted to each other for 60 Years.

Nancy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. At 24 Nancy was involved in a life altering auto accident. From this accident Nancy suffered in pain for the rest of her life.

Nancy loved her Lord Jesus Christ and was a strong Christian woman and a serious student and teacher of the Bible.

In 1975 Nancy received a Degree in Bible from the Whites Ferry Road School of Biblical Studies.

In 1976 Nancy moved to Conroe, Texas.

Nancy was a wonderful and accomplished cook and loved to cook for large groups from church at her home on Sundays. Nancy also cooked for church camps during the summer for many years. Nancy was especially talented at cooking Mexican and Chinese cuisine.

Nancy was proceeded in death by her Father Dewy V. Nix, Mom Edna Nix, Brother Verlan Nix, and Sister Elaine Nix.

Nancy is survived by her husband Tullus J Wallace, Sons Scott A, Wallace and DeAnna, Stephen A. Wallace and Jennifer, Shane A. Wallace and Amythist.

Sisters Pat Ellender and Johnny, Glenna Herman and Gary.

Grandchildren Barbara J Hamaker and Cody, Ashley Adams and Tyler, Trevor Wallace, Kathryn Wallace, Grace Shuff and Griffen, Jonathan Wallace, Aiden Wallace, Aislen Wallace, Brandon Pierucci, Kaden Pierucci, Reagan Pierucci, Devin Gillenwater, Luke Gillenwater, and Greatgrandchildren Haylon, Hendrix, Elisha and Aubrie.

Nancy used to work with my mother when she lived in Quemado, TX and I knew her well. She was a great lady and will be sorely missed by many family and friends. May God bless her and place her in his kingdom forever.
