Nancy Ann Ward

Nancy Ann Ward , 71, passed away peacefully Friday, May 28, 2010 at her residence in Leo surrounded by loved ones following a courageous battle with breast cancer. Born January 13, 1939 in Monroe, IN, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Genevieve (Barkley) Parrish. She was a devoted mother and homemaker. She was a member of United Church of God and Christian Biblical Church of God. Surviving are her Daughter, Penny (Mike) Pereira of Leo; Son, Timothy (Linda) Pyles of Fort Wayne; Son, Thomas (Karin) Pyles of Fort Wayne; Son, Terrence Pyles of Fort Wayne; Son, Ted (Theresa) Pyles of Albany, ME; Daughter, Rebecca (Scott) Morales of Fort Wayne; Daughter, Romanda Strother of Fort Wayne; Son, Daniel (Sarah) Ward of Fort Wayne; Daughter, Elizabeth Ward of Leo; 14 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; Brother, Kenneth (Ruth) Parrish of Monroe; brother, John (Pat) Parrish of Monroe. Graveside Service is 1:00 PM Tuesday at Riverview Cemetery, 11425 Carroll Road with Pastor Darris McNeely officiating. Calling at D.O.
