Nancy L. Weaber, 85, of Lebanon left this world on Thursday, August 28, 2025, to go rest high on that mountain. Born in Colebrook on January 1, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Russell L. Sr., and Elizabeth K. (Minnich) Weaber. Nancy retired from the M.S. Hershey Medical Center where she worked as an industrial cleaner. She was a member of the Jonestown Perseverance Club, and a life member of Elstonville Sportsman Assoc. and the Dela-Ches Fishing Assoc. She loved old cars and even working on cars. She also loved playing bingo, going to the casinos, doing word searches and puzzles, gardening, her portulacas flowers and country music, especially Vince Gill's song, "Go Rest High on that Mountain." She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and taking care of her granddaughter Ashley. She was known for her cooking, especially her macaroni salad, and will be remembered as a very strong and feisty lady but was always willing to help her family and friends. She is survived by her son Kevin E. "Herk" Weaber of Colebrook; daughters: Kathy M. wife of Randy Rogers of Annville, Cheryl A. Weaber of Lebanon and Crystal L. Weaber-Reider and her husband David Reider of Middletown; brother Elwood Weaber of Colebrook; sisters: Shirley Beare of Fredericksburg, Doris Stanley of Jonestown, Erma McCauley of Lancaster and Rosanna Zerphey of Lawn; grandchildren: Angela, Ashley, Tiffany, Derek and Jessica; eleven great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Russell Weaber, Jr., Glenn Weaber, Sr., and Randall H. Weaber. A service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 12, 2025, by the lake at the Dela-Ches Fishing Assoc., 5430 Elizabethtown Rd., Palmyra. Immediately following, a Celebration of Life will be held at the Lakehouse.
