Nancy Lee (Hasson) Webb passed away peacefully on April 18, 2016 after a courageous battle with multiple myeloma. Nancy was born December 27, 1931 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Merle and Vivian Kimes Hasson. She was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and attended Youngstown College Dana School of Music. She was a member of the Canfield Junior Women's League where she had served as president and chairman of the Canfield 4th of July celebration. The League also voted her Outstanding Member. She was also a member of the Canfield Garden Club and had played bridge with the same eight women for over 50 years. Nancy enjoyed collecting antiques, decorating, cooking and entertaining friends and family. Her husband, William "Billy" Webb whom she married November 1, 1949, died December 21, 1994. She is survived by a son, Douglas of Morristown, New Jersey; a daughter, Alison (Donnie) Loree of Canfield; two grandchildren, Spencer Saylor of Columbus and Cassandra Saylor of Canfield. A memorial service is planned for 11:00 a.m. April 30th at Canfield United Methodist Church, 27 S. Broad Street, Canfield. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101-9929. Dear Allison and family,
I'm sorry to learn from our cousin, Carol Hilliard, that your mom has passed away. We appreciated the contributions your mom made to our family history. I reached out to your grandparents Merle and Vivian years ago in Florida and they also shared information on your grandfather's father and mother; Jonathan and Lena. My grandmother Mildred Lucinda Crawford and your grandfather were first cousins, and the Hasson line goes back to the mid-1700's in PA. My sympathy in the loss of your beloved mom.

Alison, it is with such sadness that I shared the news of your mother's passing with Hasson relatives. Years ago Nancy enjoyed the old family reunions at Firestone Park. And although in recent years she never made it to the Hasson Reunions at the park in East Palestine, she was generous with her help in compiling the family history. She will be remembered fondly. With sympathy, Carol Hasson Hilliard

Alison, your mother was one of the warmest, most loving women I ever knew...and what a great cook she was!! I know you will greatly miss her every day and I will pray for comfort as you go through this grieving process. The only comfort is that she no longer suffers and she is with your sweet dad. I love you, Sally

Nancy and I were in Junior
Women\'s League together. When I was President, I named her Outstanding
Woman of the year. She certainly was.

Mom's never leave you. Even though you can't physically see her, she will be with you every day. You will continue her legacy by the compassion you have for life, in the things you say and do and with the memories you have of your mom that you hold close to your heart. There will be subtle signs that she will send you. Take comfort in knowing that family and friends share your sorrow. Please know that you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers at such a sad time.

Your Mom was such a lovely woman. I see her influence on your life in your love of gardening and cooking. In that way she will always be with you as a part of the most beautiful and creative elements of your life. My warmest condolences to you, Allison, Spencer and Cassie.
Love, Bernadette
