POWDERLY- Nancy Elizabeth Welborn, 81, of Powderly died Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mrs. Welborn was born in Muhlenberg County on September 17, 1937. She was a retired CNA for Maple Manor Nursing Home and a member of Rosewood Baptist Church. Mrs. Welborn is preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Welborn Hayes; parents, Hobart and Blanche Vincent; brother, Harold Vincent. Survivors include her husband, Wendell Thomas Welborn; sons, Richard T. (Shannon) Welborn, Dale R. Welborn; daughter, Angela (Danny) Stovall; Son-in-law, Ron Hayes; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Rev. Curtis McGehee officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens in Powderly. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
