Nancy Gale Wright of Coldenham, NY passed away peacefully at Montgomery Nursing home on January 27, 2026. She was 86. She was born on January 12, 1940 in Montgomery, NY to the late Norman M. Sivertsen and Gladys I Force. She had been employed by the A & P Company for over 20 years. Nancy loved playing bingo and doing crafts. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Soto (Phil) of Lutz, Florida and Jo-Ann Corrigan (Bill) of Montgomery; brothers, Robert Sivertsen (Alma) of Tavares, Florida and Walter Sivertsen (Sharon) of Grayslake, Illinois; grandchildren, Christopher, Kimberly, Will, Amber, Alf-Eric; great grandchildren, William and Jackson; nieces Lori and MaryAnn and several cousins.

Nancy was predeceased by her husband Edward Wright; brother, Norman Sivertsen Jr. and her parents.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the National Cancer Society in her name.

Funeral Services will be private.

Peter and I send our condolences to your family. We will miss Nancy very much. She laughed a lot and helped people whenever she could. She was a good friend.

My dear Jo-Ann, you have my sincere condolences for the loss of your Mom.
She was a fighter and a great worker. I still have a Christmas card holder she made & gave me when she visited me at my store in Sussex. I will always treasure it.

My Aunt Nancy and my mom were two peas in a pod especially when I was was young . They stayed connected through the years . Now they both are with our lord and im sure having fun and looking over all of us . My condolences to all who loved my Aunt Nancy .
