Nancy Zebley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by McCrery & Harra Funeral Home and Crematory - Concord Pike on Jan. 14, 2026.
Nancy Carolyn Zebley passed away January 14th, 2026, after a short illness. She was 91. Carolyn, as she was known, was the last of the five Senn sisters: Anna, Ginny, Evelyn, and Marge. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald P. Zebley; and her son, Donald L. Zebley.

Carolyn is survived by her son, Eric; daughter, Susan; grandchildren, Melissa Korner (Kevin), Sean, and Wade; daughter-in-law, Margarita; great-grandson, Kevin; and great-granddaughter, Everly. See loved going to watch Everly dance and watching videos of her gymnastics meets and to see Lil' Kev playing basketball or baseball. Mommom Zebbie, as Everly named her, was so proud of them both. They made her smile.

Thank you to all the great nurses on the 8th floor at Christiana Wilmington for their great care while she was there and to the NCC EMT Service and Brandywine Fire Company Ambulance Crews.

Carolyn requested a private service with her family, extended family, and close friends at Delaware Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, she requested donations be made to one of the following: Special Olympics Delaware, Delaware Fury Baseball Organization, or Dance Unlimited of Middletown, DE. All three organizations were important to her and our family.
