I would like to write a personal note to David, Lisa, and the whole Fowler clan to tell them how much I admired and cared for Naomi. We were each state directors for Elderhostel and spent so much time together. I just learned of her passing tho I tried unsuccessfully to reach her overthe past few years. Whenever we were together, she talked about family. What a gift to anyone who knew her. I shall always treasure my time with her, especially the time she talked me into skipping an early morning meeting inUtah to go up in a hot air balloon that for a long time could find no place to land!!

I know the happy memories you have of Naomi will sustain you during these days of transition. Naomi was always so enthusiastic about life and enjoyed nearly every minute of hers. I first knew Naomi through volunteering with International Visitors, and then Laurel, and again with Ray Case (Connie and I went to SHS together). I'm sure Naomi is up in heaven catching up with old friends and telling great stories. She is an inspiration.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I had the pleasure of getting to know Naomi when she first came to Concordia and she is one of my favorite ladies ever since. I've enjoyed seeing her every week and will miss her greatly. She always had a smile on her face and a good story to tell! What a life she had. She was such a pleasure to be around, she always brightened up the room with her laugh and good spirit. I will miss you so much friend. Heaven got an Angel the day you arrived. May you be resting in peace. I love you!

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Naomi. I seen her everyday at the nursing home when her Mother was there. Blanch was my favorite. Naomi was the most caring individual to me and she will never be forgotten.
