Narinder Nath Mahajan

Narinder Nath Mahajan passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2025 at the age of 87. He was born to parents Ram Chand and Sushila Mahajan.
Narinder is survived by his wife, Aruna Mahajan; they would have been married for 60 years in January 2026. He is also survived by his daughter Vaishali, son Vishal, daughter-in-law Poonam, daughter Deepali and son-in-law Nihar. He has 5 grandchildren who he adored: Jaya, Simrin, Kartik, Anjali, and Kush. He is also survived by siblings and other extended family around the world.
Narinder was born in India where he earned a degree in engineering. He built bridges and roads to help improve the infrastructure of his home country. At the age of 41, he made a courageous decision to move his family of 5 from India to the USA. He was a business-man at heart so decided to open an auto-repair business in Conroe, Texas with the help of his brother Devinder. He dedicated 35+ years, working 7 days a week to build a thriving business, and a reputation as an honest man. He earned respect from the community and employees, many of whom are here today. He was passionate about India and would often talk to customers about its culture and history. Another passion was helping others, including donating money to children's education.
Community was very important to him, such that the community became a part of his extended family. He was loved by many, and will be greatly missed.
A cremation service will be held December 30, 2025 at 2 pm at McNutt Funeral Home, 1703 Porter Road, Conroe, TX 77301
