Nash Harrison Tannehill left this world due to a tragic motorcycle accident on September 6, 2025, in
Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Born on November 9, 1999, in Lewisville, Texas, Nash's vibrant spirit and kind-hearted nature touched the lives of all who knew him throughout his 25 years.
Nash was the cherished son of Richard (Bub) Tannehill and Amy Plumadore Tannehill, a beloved partner to Bre Romero, and a caring pet parent to his adored cats, Fezco and Nelly. His grandparents, Harry and Betty Plumadore, and Richard E. Tannehill, along with dozens of aunts, uncles, cousins, and a multitude of friends, will fondly remember Nash's adventurous soul and thoughtful presence.
As a proud graduate of Little Elm High School in Little Elm, Texas, in the class of 2017, Nash's passion for learning and growth never ceased. He channeled his love for technology and mechanics into a rewarding career as a Controls Technician at Powers of Oklahoma. Nash's hands-on skills also led him to become a skilled arborist and a creative pizza chef, roles in which he found joy and fulfillment.
Nash's life was a testament to his adventurous and kind spirit. He found solace and excitement in the great outdoors, whether he was hiking, fishing, taking scenic drives, climbing trees, riding his motorcycle or participating in nature conservancy. His love for taking photos perfectly captured the beauty he saw in the world. An avid kayaker and long-distance cyclist, Nash embraced every opportunity to explore and challenge himself. His passion for freestyle scootering showcased his playful side and his love for motion.
Above all, Nash valued the time spent with his family, his girlfriend Bre, whom he adored as the love of his life, and their beloved cats. He approached life with a thoughtful and generous heart, always willing to lend a hand or share a moment of companionship. His legacy is one of love, laughter, and the pursuit of happiness, traits that made him the magnetic person he was.
The world is a lesser place without Nash's radiant smile and infectious enthusiasm for life. Although he was, at times, a man of few words, those who knew Nash will remember his curiosity and fearless spirit, his gentle, kind heart, and his thoughtful soul. He lived life with a sense of freedom and joy that was contagious. Whether he was tree climbing, freestyle scootering, or simply enjoying a scenic drive, Nash embraced every moment with open arms.
Nash's journey on earth may have been cut short, but the memories he created will continue to inspire and comfort those who were fortunate enough to know him.
We celebrate the life of Nash Harrison Tannehill, a young man who lived fully, loved deeply, and left an indelible mark on the hearts of many.
